My strengths, skills, weaknesses, and personality:

Based on the 16 personalities test, I am an Adventurer personality, ISFP (Introverted, sensing, feeling, perceiving).

Strengths: Curious, artistic, charming, passionate, imaginative, sensitive to others.

Weaknesses: Fluctuating self-esteem, Tendency to take on too much responsibility, Competitive, Fear of Failure

Competitive - this is something I am working on since it can get in the way occasionally. I have started to view the work I am doing as to how it benefits the greater good and now how it compares to others.

Based on the Holland code test, I was classified as ISR (investigative, social, realistic)

Investigative: likes to use their abstract or analytical skills to figure things out. They are a "thinker" who strives to complete tasks and often prefers to do so independently.

Social: prefers interacting with people. They tend to be concerned with social problems and want to help others. 

Realistic: prefers concrete tasks. They like working alone or with other real people.
